WHEN CAN I COME TO THE SHOWROOM TO VIEW PRODUCTS?

We offer flexible opening hours at our showroom because many of our customers need to collect equipment outside normal office hours. As we are also involved in coaching and playing ourselves shop hours vary. Please contact us if you intend to visit the showroom to avoid disappointment. We are in showroom most weekdays from 12 till 4.30 and most saturdays from 11.00.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS IF THEY DO NOT FIT?

Yes, If Items are unused / unworn, the items can be shipped back to us and we will, if possible, replace with the correct size. You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Please contact us prior to shipping items back. Products and packaging must be returned as new, damaged skate boxes etc will not be accepted. please click here for more details

WHAT SIZE SKATES DO I NEED?

On our site you need to select the same size as your UK shoe size. click here for details

IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?

Yes. we use Protex secure on line payment.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is automatically callculated based on size, weight and destination. UK shipping is free for orders of over £150. This excludes certain destinations please call for confirmation.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most orders take 3-5 working days, (please remember that no items are shipped on evenings and weekends). Special colours etc may take slightly longer. Please read descriptions for any other special order times. Please call if you have any special requirements.

HOW CAN I PAY?

You can pay online or by phone using all major credit and debit cards (including American Express) or come to our showroom.

DO YOU KEEP ALL ITEMS IN STOCK?

No. we aim to offer the widest range of kit and equipment possible, in as many colours sizes and styles. This means that not all products can be kept in stock. Lead times vary on products but if kit is required for a certain game or date. Please call to ensure this is possible.
